Roe v. Wade was decided more than 45 years ago, and some Americans have long believed that it's settled law. But the recent appointment of two new conservative justices has given many anti-abortion activists new hope. Several states have passed 6-week abortion bans, essentially counting on abortion advocates to sue. The resulting court challenges might wind their way up to the Supreme Court, ultimately putting Roe to the test.
